[Job Description]

- Lead the team in developing and maintaining business with domestic and overseas direct clients (factories, foreign trade companies) and industry peers, and achieve the company’s performance targets;

- Be responsible for formulating and implementing the sales team’s sales plans, and maintaining relationships with key clients;

- Independently develop new clients, conduct regular visits to key accounts, and enhance client retention;

- Monitor market trends (freight rates, shipping routes, industry policies) and prioritise targeted sales strategies;

- Complete tasks assigned by line managers.

【Requirements】

- At least one year’s relevant experience in logistics or freight forwarding; candidates with an existing portfolio of direct clients will be prioritised;

- Excellent team management and mentoring skills, as well as strong communication and coordination abilities;

- Familiarity with ocean freight operations and the ability to quickly identify clients’ logistics pain points;

- Excellent business negotiation skills, a strong sense of purpose, excellent ability to work under pressure, a sense of responsibility and strong adaptability;

- An optimistic, positive and energetic attitude, with leadership qualities and a strategic outlook.
